Steps to Forming a Corporation with MaxFilings

We have done our very best to make forming your corporation with MaxFilings as quick and easy as possible. You can follow the 10 steps in our order system below to enter the necessary information and place your order in minutes. 1. WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?
Indicate the entity you wish to form (select type of corporation or LLC).

2. CHOOSE ENTITY & STATE
You will select the state in which you wish to form your business and, if you are forming a corporation, the type of corporation (C Corporation or S Corporation).

We offer information to help you decide which state to form your business in. We also provide you with some differences between a C Corporation and an S Corporation here. that may help you in making that choice.

3. SERVICE LEVEL
At this step, you will choose which of our 3 packages best fits your needs and any optional items you want to include. Each of our packages includes preparation and filing of the appropriate documents with the state necessary to form your corporation.

A description of each product or service is available, and our straightforward, upfront pricing makes it easy for you to see exactly what everything will cost. All applicable state fees are included in our prices so you won’t later encounter any “hidden” surprises when you go to place your order.

4. COMPANY NAME & ACTIVITY
Enter your first choice for the name of your corporation as well as a second choice to be used in case your first choice is not available. You will also need to provide a brief description of the kind of business your company will be conducting. And finally, you will need to enter the number of authorized shares of stock and their par value.

5. CONTACT INFORMATION
Enter name, address, telephone, and email for yourself as well as for your business. Provide your shipping address in case materials related to your order need to be shipped to you.

6. CORPORATE DIRECTORS
Names and addresses of corporate director(s) are entered here.

7. CORPORATE OFFICERS
Names of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary are entered here.

8. REGISTERED AGENT
You will be asked whether or not you want MaxFilings to provide you with registered agent service. If not, you should enter the name and address of your registered agent.

9. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
You should enter the names and addresses of any additional directors not entered in Step 6. Also enter any special instructions relating to your incorporation order.

10. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Any additional services that may be applicable can be added in this step.

FINALIZE & PAY
The final step is to confirm your order summary and enter payment information (we accept most major credit cards). Until you decide to place an order with MaxFilings, there is no charge to use the system to organize your incorporation information.
