Partners:
Option 1: You can go to our Partner Log-in, to enter orders for customers with whom you will deal as MaxFilings remains invisible to your customers while taking care of the details for you. You will receive generous commissions while you charge your customers based on your own fee schedule to reflect the value you add.
Option 2: You can send customers directly to MaxFilings from your web site. We will handle the orders, dealing directly with your customer. You will receive our generous commissions on all customers who come from you.
Affiliates:
You will be rewarded with our generous commissions for customers coming to MaxFilings from your web site. You will be compensated for helping others discover how they can save time and money by having MaxFilings form their corporations and LLC’s. .

How does the MaxFilings Partner/Affiliate Program work?
We will identify and track customers you refer to MaxFilings. You are paid a commission on the Net Revenue on Qualified Orders placed by any customers referred to us by you. A Qualified Order is a paid order which is accepted by MaxFilings. Net Revenue is the total amount of a Qualified Order less state and/or county fees and third party costs.

How much are my commissions?
30% on the first $5,000 in Net Revenue
40% on all Net Revenue over $5,000 (PLUS FREE promotion on the MaxFilings web site)
When am I paid?
Each month in which total cumulative commissions due you are at least $100.
Does it cost me anything to be a MaxFilings’ Partner/Affiliate ?
Absolutely nothing - there are no fees.
Can I be an Partner without a web site?
Yes. We can arrange for that.
Can I act as a reseller and deal directly with my customers while MaxFilings remains “invisible”?
Yes. As a Partner, you can simply place and pay for your customers’ orders with MaxFilings. We then fulfill those orders, communicating only with you and sending all materials to you. You take care of everything with your customer, billing them based on your own fee structure. You will earn your Affiliate commission from us in addition to any amount you charge your customer for your services.
